Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY TO UK ADDRESS

We normally ship out orders within 24 hours, except for where they need to be custom made.

We could deliver your order using Royal mail or any other carrier through 2nd class delivery, which may take between 3-5 working days, this excluding weekends. Orders are sent so they can be signed for.

If you would like your orders delivered using speedier method, please contact us and note that this will attract extra cost payable by you.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently do not ship out products to addresses outside of UK but where you like us to do this, please contact us before placing your order and we can discuss applicable delivery charges. Also note that you would be responsible for all customs and duty charges.
RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Non-Returnable Items
• Hygiene & Personal Use items
• Opened or used bath & body products (including soaps, oils, and skincare).
• Earrings and body jewellry (due to hygiene).
• Personal care items (such as massage candles once melted).
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of hygiene sensitive items whether or not opened due to safety reasons as we cannot verify their storage conditions after delivery.
• Change of Mind
• In-Store Purchases: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
• Online Purchases: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from delivery to return unopened and unused products in their original sealed packaging (excluding personalised or hygiene-sensitive items). Pls note that original postage cost will not be refunded except where product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we ask that the customer please capture this when item arrives and notify us immediately and provide us with proof of the damage. Pls return items immediately
How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at joomiesbubblelove@gmail.com/07427424001 with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item (if faulty)
• Proof of purchase
Returns must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories (if applicable).
Refund Processing
• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect items.
• We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Late or Missing Refunds
